Safe Homes Parent Pledge

Safe Homes is a pledge and a directory.  The pledge addresses concerns about the role of parents/guardians in preventing alcohol and drug abuse by our students.  The directory lists everyone who has signed the Safe Homes pledge.  The directory will be distributed only to other Safe Homes parents.

SHARE IN THE MUTUAL SUPPORT THAT “SAFE HOMES” FAMILIES ENJOY – LET’S WORK TOGETHER TO KEEP OUR STUDENTS SAFE!

I am a Safe Homes parent and I pledge the following:

• No students will be allowed to consume alcohol or other drugs while in my home, on my property or under my supervision.
• I will take reasonable steps to ensure that parties do not occur in my home when adults are not present.
• I agree to have my name in the Safe Home directory.

Safe Homes is a program of the Owings Mills High School PTSA; parents of students at other schools are welcome to join Safe Homes.
